He contributed 14 goals and 14 assists in the German top-flight this term, leading to rumoured interest from a number of elite clubs.
However, according to The Telegraph, it is Manchester United who are considered the favourites to lure the 19-year-old midfielder to Old Trafford this summer.
The Red Devils have been long-term admirers of the teenager and are said to be willing to offer him wages of £200,000-a-week.
