PSG interested in Jan Oblak?
Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Jan Oblak has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Paris Saint-Germain.
The 27-year-old was heavily linked with a move to Chelsea over the summer, but with Los Rojiblancos supposedly not prepared to him go, the shot-stopper remained at the Wanda Metropolitano.
The Slovenian has established himself as one of the world’s best goalkeepers under Diego Simeone, and the club No.1 has only shipped five goals all season as the La Liga outfit sit top of the rankings.
The Daily Mail reports that the Ligue 1 champions PSG could swoop for the Slovenia international as a long-term replacement for Keylor Navas, who is entering the latter stages of his career.
The report suggests that Oblak is open to a departure as he seeks for more silverware, and Atleti may be prepared to entertain offers for their shot-stopper in the summer given the financial implications of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Oblak is contracted to the La Liga leaders until 2023.
