Perth Scorchers left-arm wrist spin bowler Brad Hogg appears set to finish his long term career playing with Perth Scorchers.
The veteran all-rounder, who is a key player at the Scorchers, is reportedly weighing up a lucrative offer to move to BBL rivals Melbourne Renegades this summer.
The offer appears at least twice what the 45-year-old is likely to receive from the team based in Western Australia.
Hogg is regarded as one of Twenty20 cricket’s most effective bowlers who has been a key player of Perth’s success in the KFC Big Bash League, claimed six wickets in nine games with an economy rate of 117.16 last season.
Hogg, who is Australia’s most mercurial chinaman bowler – has claimed 125 wickets in 125 T20 games for nine franchises and for Australia in his overall career.
