Australia’s former Test captain Michael Clarke, who retired from all forms of international cricket, is reportedly interested for a possible Twenty20 or grade comeback.
“I’m really enjoying this time away from cricket but I’m pretty sure there’s going to come a stage where I miss the game,” the 34-year-old said on Friday.
“If that does happen, I’ll certainly come back and whether it’s play for my grade club or play Twenty20, who knows. I haven’t looked too far ahead.”
Clarke was to have captained for the Melbourne Stars in the KFC Big Bash League this season, but the right-handed batsman decided to hang his boot on that a month after quitting Test cricket in August.
