Manchester United have reportedly placed emphasis on signing Crystal Palace forward Alexander Sorloth this summer.
Sorloth, 24, who is currently on loan at Trabzonspor, where he has managed to contribute 25 goals and seven more in 39 appearances across all competitions this term.
A number of Europe’s elite clubs have been credited with an interest in the Norway international, and Turkish outlet Fanatik via Metro reports that Manchester United are still considering an approach when the transfer window opens in summer.
However, the 20-time English champions could face fierce competition for Sorloth’s signature, with Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, AC Milan and Napoli are also said to be monitoring the situation ahead of a possible bid during the summer.
Sorloth has scored just once in 20 outings for Crystal Palace before being shipped out on loan to Trabzonspor.
