Manchester United are on the verge of signing Mateo Mejia from Real Zaragoza, according to The Sun.
The Red Devils are set to conclude a deal to bring the Spanish wonderkid to Old Trafford this summer as manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer looks to strengthen his squad ahead of new season.
The report adds, Mejia is heading to Old Trafford after United beat off competition from clubs across La Liga and the Premier League.
It is claimed that Solskjaer wants to “completely overhaul” his squad as part of a long-term rebuilding process.
Manchester United have already signed Daniel James from Swansea City earlier this month.
