Manchester United consider January move for Christian Eriksen

Man United are lining up a January swoop Christian Eriksen from Tottenham Hotspur, according to The Sun.

The Red Devils will try and sign the Denmark international in the January transfer window.

United are keeping a close eye on the 27-year-old’s situation at the north London outfit ahead of the mid-season transfer window.

Eriksen’s future has remain an intense source of speculation during the summer but he ended up staying at the Lilywhites, despite the fact that his current contract is valid until next summer.

The 20-time English champions were interested in signing the Dane throughout the summer and were willing to pay as much as £70 million to land him.

However, because Eriksen’s current is set to expire in the summer, United could end up landing him for a cut-price fee.
