The Valencia centre-back Nicolas Otamendi has reportedly arrived in England to complete his much-awaited move to the Manchester City, according to Goal.

The Citizens are very close to signing the Argentina international for £28.5 million, but have told the Spanish club they will not include Elaquim Mangala as part of the deal, who gave his best performance in Sunday’s 3-0 win over Premier League rivals Chelsea.
Otamendi, 27, who has a release clause of £35.5m – could be unveiled as City’s latest summer recruit this week before Sunday’s trip to Everton.
If the deals goes through, Otamendi will become Pellegrini’s fifth signing of the summer.
