Arsenal have emerged as rumoured suitors for Manchester United duo Anthony Martial and Luke Shaw in the January transfer window, The Mirror reports.
The north Londoners are preparing for the possibility of losing both Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil in the New Year, with duo out of contract at the end of the season.
The report suggests, Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is interested in signing Martial as a replacement for Sanchez, with the 21-year-old Frenchman has started just three league appearances for the Red Devils so far this season.
Martial still remains behind the likes of Marcus Rashford, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Romelu Lukaku in the pecking order and could see his chances limited at Old Trafford further by the shock return of Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Shaw, meanwhile, has only been handed two substitute outings so far this season – both of which came in the EFL Cup.
The Gunners have also been linked with Marouane Fellaini from United, although the 20-time English champions would be reluctant to sell to one of their league rivals.
