Hellas Verona centre-back Marash Kumbulla has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Tottenham Hotspur.
The 20-year-old has been in-demand this summer – with both Manchester United and Chelsea having been linked with the Albanian.
Spurs could look to recruit another centre-back, having seen Jan Vertonghen leave for Benfica on a free transfer, it has left open the possibility of a new arrival in North London.
According to L’Arena, Spurs have identified Kumbulla as a potential addition ahead of transfer deadline day on 5 October.
The 20-year-old talented defender made a positive impact during his first season in Italy, making 25 appearances in his maiden top flight campaign.
Inter Milan and Lazio are also big admirers of the centre-back, whom Verona do not intend on selling for anything below £21.5m.
