Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martinez is reportedly on the radar of Real Madrid ahead of the summer transfer window.
The Argentina international has scored 16 goals in 23 games for Inter Milan and country this season, forming a dynamic partnership with Romelu Lukaku.
While Martinez had been heavily linked with a move to the Spanish champions Barcelona, where he could line up alongside Lionel Messi, reports in Spain now suggest that Real Madrid have a stronger chance of signing him next summer.
Los Blancos are known to want an additional striker to strengthen their attacking options, with Kylian Mbappe, Harry Kane, Erling Braut Haaland and Mauro Icardi all regularly linked with the Bernabéu outfit in recent months.
It is now thought that the 22-year-old Argentine is a serious target, as manager Zinedine Zidane is believed to be eyeing up a partnership between Martinez and Karim Benzema, although the forward has previously indicated that he is happy at Inter.
