Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly outlined their intentions to move for Everton midfielder Idrissa Gueye, according to L’Equipe.
The Senegal international, who has impressed with the Toffees this term, has started 15 of club’s 17 Premier League matches so far, as they sit eighth in the Premier League table.
It is understood that the French champions seek a central midfielder within the parameters of their Financial Fair Play restrictions and have earmarked the 29-year-old midfielder as a potential replacement for Adrien Rabiot.
Gueye has been at Goodison Park since joining Everton in 2016, has made 79 Premier League appearances for the Premier League side during that time.
The Merseyside outfit will strongly resist any interest from rival clubs, however, the prospect of Champions League football could tempt Gueye back to France.
