PSG eye £30m move for Man United’s Fred?
Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly outlined their intentions to move for Manchester United midfielder Fred.
The Brazil international’s contract was due to expire at the end of the season before the Red Devils triggered a one-year extension earlier this week.
Although the 29-year-old’s long-term future at Old Trafford remains uncertain due to a lack of playing time.
Following the arrivals of Christian Eriksen and Casemiro over the summer, Fred has only started four top flight games this season.
With the Brazilian currently out of favour, The Sun claims that the Parisians are weighing up a move for the midfielder, who could be tempted to link up with his compatriot Neymar and Marquinhos.
After the Mancunian giants decided to extend Fred’s contract, the report adds that they would not listen to any offers below £30m.
Fred has scored nine goals and registered 13 assists in 174 appearances for Manchester United since 2018.
