Monaco keen on signing Daniel Sturridge?

Monaco have reportedly expressed an interest in making an audacious move for Ex-Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge as they seek a replacement for Radamel Falcao, who is likely to move to the Turkish champions Galatasaray.

Sturridge has been a free agent since being released by the Reds in June and has attracted lots of interest from around Europe.

According to French outlet L’Equipe, the England international has ties in Monaco and would be interested to move to Ligue 1.

Sturridge also has suitors from Turkey, with Trabzonspor and Fenerbahce both credited with an interest.

The 29-year-old forward has also been the subject of interest from Major League Soccer, with DC United are interested to replace Wayne Rooney in January.

Sturridge has scored four times in 27 appearances in his final season at Liverpool.
