Bayern Munich have reportedly outlined their intentions to move for Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha, according to 90 min as quoted by The Sun.
The Gunners are known to be keen on the 26-year-old, although it remains doubtful whether the Premier League giants are prepared to meet the £80m asking price for the attacker.
The Eagles are not desperate to sell their most prized asset, but it appears that the south London outfit may face an increasingly tough fight to keep hold of the Ivorian.
The report says Bayern Munich are considering an approach for Zaha as they continue to look for potential replacements for each of Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben.
The Bavarians, so far, failed to bring in Callum Hudson-Odoi, Leroy Sane and Gareth Bale.
Nevertheless, the German champions may look to open negotiations with Crystal Palace as they look to add younger talents in that area of the pitch.
