Arsenal have reportedly outlined their intentions to move for Valencia attacker Ferran Torres, according to the Daily Mail.
Torres, 19, contributed three goals and two assists in 37 appearances for Los Che during the recent season.
The report claims, Arsenal are considering to move for the youngster ahead of a potential bid, while league rivals Leicester City have also been credited with an interest.
The Spaniard, who racked up 24 La Liga appearances for Valencia during the 2018-19 campaign, will see his contract at the Mestalla expire in 2021.
The Gunners are only expected to have around £40million to spend on new players in the summer transfer window.
However, it has been suggested that Arsenal head coach Unai Emery could look to offload some big players in order to raise his budget at north London.
