Tottenham’s Kyle Walker-Peters signs new contract until 2023
Tottenham Hotspur full-back Kyle Walker-Peters has committed his long-term future to the club after signing a new contract that promises to keep him at the north London until 2023.
The 21-year-old defender came through the Spurs academy and made his 11th senior appearance during weekend’s 2-0 Premier League win at Leicester City.
A statement on Tottenham’s official website read: “We are delighted to announce that Kyle Walker-Peters has signed a new contract with the club, which will run until 2023.”
Walker-Peters has made nine appearances in all competitions last season for Tottenham. He scored his first senior goal in the FA Cup replay win over Rochdale in February.
The Englishman has represented England at youth levels up to the under-21s and was part of the national squad that won the Under-20 World Cup in 2017.
