Liverpool want Julian Draxler on loan
Liverpool have reportedly expressed an interest in making an audacious move for Julian Draxler from Paris Saint-Germain on loan, according to French newspaper L’Equipe, as quoted by The Daily Mail.
The Reds have made initial contact with PSG about the possibility of signing the Germany international, who scored twice and registered two assists in 11 Ligue 1 games for the French outfit so far this season.
The report adds that the Merseyside were interested in signing the attacker last summer but the player had already decided to move to the French capital.
Jurgen Kloop’s side are now ready to reignite their interest in the 24-year-old playmaker and could make a move to sign him on loan when the transfer window reopens in January.
It is understood that, Draxler has fallen down the pecking order in France following the arrivals of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe last summer.
