Hammers step up interest in Man United striker Javier Hernandez
West Ham United have reportedly made an enquiry about Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez, according to the Daily Mail.
The Mexican forward joined the Red Devils from Guadalajara in 2010. He spent last season on loan at Real Madrid and arrived back to Old Trafford from the Bernabeu after the La Liga giants decided not to make the deal permanent.

The Hammers are now willing to offer an improved bid about £12 million for the 27-year-old, who was an unused substitute against Spurs on Saturday.
Hernandez would be a suitable replacement for injured Enner Valencia, who has been ruled out for at least three months with knee injury.
