Leicester City are ready to pounce for Aston Villa midfielder Jack Grealish by making a £40m bid in the summer transfer window.
The 22-year-old winger was part of the team that failed to achieve promotion to the Premier League following a 1-0 defeat to Fulham on last Saturday.
According to Sky Sports News, the Foxes are interested in the attacker alongside Arsenal and Manchester United.
The report goes on to claim that the East Midlands outfit are close to a £60m agreement with Premier League champions Manchester City for the sale of Riyad Mahrez, meaning that the club will have no trouble acquiring the services of Grealish.
The youngster has two years left on his current contract and the Villa are reportedly holding out for £40m for the Ireland Under-21 international.
