Lyon forward Nabil Fekir has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Arsenal this summer.
The France international was heavily linked with a move to the Gunners during January, while La Liga champions Barcelona were also credited with an interest in the striker.
However, according to French outlet Football 365, Arsenal’s main competition for Fekir’s signature will now come from the Italian giants AC Milan after Barca pulled out of the race due to plenty of options in his position.
The 24-year-old has scored 30 goals in just 37 appearances in all competitions this term, scoring 22 goals and assisting another eight to help the club battle for 2nd place in Ligue 1.
The north Londoners are understood to have been quoted £60m for the Frenchman in January, with the Ligue 1 outfit now valuing the winger at closer to £35m.
