Atletico Madrid centre-back Lucas Hernandez has committed his long-term future by signing a new five-year contract at Vicente Calderon Stadium.
The 21-year-old has made 40 appearances for the Spanish outfit over the past three seasons, half of which coming from this campaign.

The France Under-21 international, who could feature in Champions League semi-final first leg against Real Madrid on Tuesday, has signed on a new deal that will keep him at the club until 2022.
Hernandez has made 20 first-team appearances for Diego Simeone’s side this term.
